Does your price listed include GST (Goods and Services Tax) ?

Yes, All of our prices listed on this website is GST inclusive. It is a broad sales tax of 10% of most goods and services in Australia and our company will provide a tax invoice for all purchases or orders to our customers for future references.

What payment methods do you accept?

We now accept PAYPAL.              

We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. Credit card transactions are processed by our staff at Direct UHF & GPS through e-path, A payment gateway used by millions of online business. Due to the increase in credit card frauds, we decided to go with this manual payment system. What would happen is you will be required to enter your credit card details, E-path as a secure payment gateway will make sure your data is stored safely and only our staff will have access to it. Once we have retrieved the details from e-path, your credit card details will be destroyed and erased immediately. Our staff will then give you a call to confirm and finalise your order. Bank Transfers can be made at your local branch or via your Internet or Phone banking - details and instructions for this method of payment will be provided upon checkout.

Where can Direct UHF & GPS ship orders to?

Currently Direct UHF & GPS are only able to process orders within Australia. International orders may be organised by special arrangement. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to purchase outside of Australia.

If I have some technical questions on UHFs or our products, what should I do?

You technical question will be answered within 24 hours through email. 

Does all of your products come with Manufacturer warranty? 

Yes. All of our products are genuine Australian stock. A tax invoice with serial number will be attached with the package, 
so you will be able to claim warranty with the manufacturer if there's an issue with it. A lot of online store, you may find it real
cheap than anyone else, it may seem tempting, but most of them doesn't come with any proof of purchase/serial number references on it. 
Some would even sell you refurbrished unit, that way, you will need to pay in full when your item is playing up even it should be still
under warranty period. It is very important as most of the radios nowadays come with 5 years warranty, which basically leave you 
with no worries for the next 5 years. Our staff will be able to help you with warranty repair if something comes up. You may just
send the unit back and our staff will for sure keep you updated with the progress and get the item send back to you.
